we built the team we couldn’t find.

One idea shouldn’t need five different companies to bring it to life.

Street Team Media was built around a simple idea: keep strategy, creative, production and distribution connected.

Instead of handing a campaign from one person to the next, we stay with it—from the first idea to the final impression.

THE IDEA SHOULDN’T
GET LOST IN THE HANDOFF.

Street teams were built to take something worth knowing about and put it directly in front of the people.

Music. Events. Brands. Culture. It was grassroots by design—personal, direct and built to create momentum from the ground up.

We kept that mentality. We just expanded the tools.

Today the street is physical and digital. Social feeds. Search. Video. Advertising. Events. Real-world experiences. Wherever the audience is, that’s where the work needs to live.

The tools changed, but the principles didn’t

IT STARTED WITH MAKING THINGS.

our origin

Founded by Michael Charles Martinez, Street Team Media brings a hands-on production mindset to branding and marketing. The goal isn’t to add more layers between a business and its audience. It’s to remove them.

Street Team Media didn’t begin in a boardroom. It started with music, production, video, editing and the simple drive to turn ideas into something real.

Different projects demanded different skills. So the toolbox grew. Music became visual storytelling. Visuals became brands. Brands needed campaigns. And campaigns needed a way to reach people.

The work got bigger. The mentality stayed grassroots.

WHAT STREET TEAM MEANS

GRASSROOTS

STILL WINS.

Street teams were built on a simple idea: take something worth knowing about and put it directly in front of the people.

Music. Events. Brands. Culture. Before feeds, algorithms and dashboards, momentum was built person by person, block by block.

The streets look different now. They're physical and digital—social, search, video, advertising, events and real-world experiences.

Street Team Media brings that same grassroots mentality to the way brands grow today.

THE TOOLS CHANGED.
THE PRINCIPLE DIDN'T.

REAL IDEAS. REAL PEOPLE. REAL MOMENTUM.

Four black and white graphic illustrations with text. The first shows a light bulb with the phrase 'Keep the idea intact'; the second shows a bar graph with an upward arrow and the phrase 'Make it useful'; the third shows a group of three people with the phrase 'Own the outcome'; the fourth shows a globe with a ring around it and the phrase 'Build for real people.' Each illustration has additional smaller text underneath.

From first idea to final impression.

Bring us the finished brief, the rough sketch, the half-built brand, or the idea you can’t quite explain yet.

We’ll help turn it into something people can see, hear, understand, and remember.
